Please follow these simple steps:

1.  Fill out our "Booking Form", from the "Book Now" section of our website for us to understand your requirements

2.  You will receive a quotation from us

3.  Confirm the booking by paying online or through "instant bank transfer"

4.  Optional but advisable:  Send as a screenshot of the confirmed payment via our email or our WhatsApp number

5.  We will schedule a FREE "Meet & Greet" session with your Pet Sitter at your place, for briefing and handover of keys and/or access card, before the actual pet care service

A week’s booking gives us time to arrange the “meet & greet” and receive payment in full.  In some cases, we accept a 24-hour booking, but “meet & greet” session won’t be guaranteed.

A daily WhatsApp updates, with images and short videos, will be sent to you.

Although we are experienced in handling different pets of different breeds, we cannot accommodate aggressive dogs for safety reasons.  If your dog shows aggressive behaviour during the “meet & greet”, we won’t be able to confirm your booking.

We accept online payment or “instant” bank transfer.  Payments MUST be made prior to the “meet & greet” session or prior to the first day of the booking.

You automatically agreed to our T&Cs, upon booking and confirmation of payment.

Yes, if advanced booking has been made.  This will give us time to sort out suited pet sitters for your requirements. We will send 2-3 pet sitter’s profiles for you to choose from.

We can guarantee that there’s hardly a chance you’ll want to change pet sitters.  Regardless, a replacement will be given upon a notice from you.

Our pet sitters will alert you straight away if there is any problem whatsoever, to discuss the next best course of action.  Upon your approval, our sitters will have your pet taken to the designated vet clinic or hospital if necessary.  All expenses, including transportation, will be paid by you.
